Lilith Lorraine was the pen name for Mary Maude Dunn Wright (1894 —1967) an American pulp fiction author, poet, journalist and editor. She published only seven short works of science fiction between 1929 and 1952 (although most of them were between 1929 and 1935). She was better known as a poet and published many poems on science fiction themes in ‘zines. Here is the cover for the chapbook: “The Brain of the Planet” (1929).
