Interesting! I had to look Robert Monroe up. :) There are quite a few other consciousness-based pulp stories, enough to fill books! (Collections like there never were before-quite.) I'll be talking about some of these in the future. In fact, one of them sounds awfully like the idea of Starseeds, but from back in the 1950's. So pretty fascinating, really.
