Listen now | A Vacation on Paper. This week I’m talking about Charles B. Stilson’s, “Polaris Janess” stories which originally came out in All-Story Weekly between 1915 and 1917. Stilson’s work has been favorably compared to Edgar Rice Burroughs’ and in a real sense “Polaris of the Snows” is similar to Tarzan. “Hooked” is too mild a word for the entrancement I felt for this story. “Polaris of the Snows” is the first story of the trilogy and the work I will be reviewing this week.
